Terms of Service

Lunar Studios provides creator tools for TikTok LIVE — overlays, sound alerts, stream TTS, Actions & Events, engagement hubs, Studio editing, and related features. Features can change, and some capabilities (for example Creator billing or cloud Studio sync) may be announced before they ship.

You must be old enough to use Discord, TikTok, Twitch, and any other platform you connect, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. You must follow those platforms' own terms and policies in addition to these.

Dashboard features require signing in with Discord, TikTok, or Twitch. Use your own account. You are responsible for activity on your signed-in session — do not share it, and sign out on shared devices.

Optional connections (for example Spotify for song requests) are under your control. You must have the right to use those accounts and any media you queue or export.

Do not use Lunar Studios to:

• Harass, scam, phish, spam, or distribute malware or illegal content
• Violate TikTok, Discord, Twitch, Spotify, or other platform rules
• Attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service beyond ordinary use
• Impersonate Lunar Studios or interfere with other creators' accounts

Overlay URLs are powerful — treat them like credentials for your stream layout and do not share private dashboard links carelessly.

You keep rights to media, text, sounds, and other content you upload or generate. You grant Lunar Studios permission to store and process that content as needed to run the features you use.

Only upload content you have the right to use. Studio projects stay in your browser storage today; keep exports of anything important.

Lunar Studios integrates with services you choose — including Discord, TikTok, Twitch, Spotify, and OBS browser sources. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on those platforms.

Marketing pages may show Free and Creator pricing. Creator billing is not live until we say otherwise. When paid plans ship, additional payment terms may apply. Until then, signing in does not create a paid subscription.

The service is provided "as is." We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy of LIVE event data, or that every feature will remain unchanged. Client-side Studio encoding and browser Web Speech TTS depend on your device and browser.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lunar Studios and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product, third-party platforms, lost projects in browser storage, or stream downtime.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is harming the service, breaking these terms, or abusing connected platforms.

We may update these terms as the product grows. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
