Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Lunar Studios website, dashboard, overlay browser sources, desktop app when you use the same account, and related APIs that power your LIVE toolkit.

Account sign-in.You can sign in with Discord, TikTok, or Twitch. We store the identity we need to keep you signed in — provider user ID, username or display name, avatar URL when provided, and OAuth tokens/scopes required for that connection. We set a session cookie so we know it's you on later visits.

Creator settings and overlays.Configurations you save in the dashboard — overlay themes and layouts, sound alerts, TTS settings, Actions & Events, giveaways, auctions, chatbot rules, points formula, song-request settings, webhooks, and similar product data — are stored so your toolkit works across sessions and OBS browser sources.

LIVE activity. While you are connected to a LIVE, the product processes stream events (gifts, follows, likes, chat, and related signals) to drive overlays, alerts, games, points, giveaways, and other hubs. We may store event-derived records your features need — for example viewer point balances, giveaway entries, song-request queue items, or alert dispatch history.

Spotify (optional). Song requests can connect a Spotify account. If you connect one, we store the tokens and queue/playback state needed to approve tracks and control playback on your linked device. Spotify Premium is required for remote play/skip.

Studio projects. Studio timeline projects and imported media stay on this device in your browser storage (IndexedDB / OPFS). They are not synced to Lunar cloud storage today. Exports you download are files you keep on your machine.

Desktop app. The Lunar Desktop app uses the same account and product surfaces. Local device detection (for example Spotify devices) stays on your stream PC.

We use this information to:

• Authenticate you and keep your session secure
• Run overlays, alerts, hubs, and Studio features you enable
• Remember your settings across devices that share the account
• Connect optional services you authorize (for example Spotify)
• Improve reliability, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only when needed to run the product — for example with Discord, TikTok, Twitch, or Spotify when you connect those services, or with infrastructure providers that host Lunar Studios. Overlay URLs you add to OBS are public browser sources you control; anyone with the URL can load that widget.

We use a session cookie for sign-in. Studio also uses browser storage for local projects and media. Marketing pages do not rely on advertising cookies.

We keep account and product data while your account is active and as long as needed to provide the service. You can disconnect linked providers from the dashboard connections area where available. To ask about access or deletion of account data, contact us as described below.

Local Studio projects can be deleted from this browser; clearing site data may also remove them. Keep exports of anything important.

Lunar Studios is aimed at creators who meet the minimum age requirements of Discord, TikTok, Twitch, and the platforms you stream on. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
